We invite adult parishioners with any chronic pain or illness to a parish-based, spiritually supportive Discussion Group developed by the national ministry called The Peace in the Storm Project. The Group will meet monthly on Saturday mornings from 10:00 am – 11:00 am. The February meeting will take place on February 15. Join us to reflect, pray, and deepen understanding of God’s love, presence, and purpose for and through suffering, within the context of our Catholic faith and our SMM parish community. The observance of National Marriage Week (February 7-14) is an opportunity to focus on building a culture of life and love that begins with supporting and promoting marriage and the family. Our theme for 2025 is “Marriage: Source of Hope, Spring of Renewal. Pursue a Lasting Love!” The love between a married couple mirrors the love of Christ for his Bride, the Church, and is expressed daily - not just on Valentine's Day.
