You can help by volunteering with Second Harvest Food Bank, a ministry of the archdiocese. Click on this box for more information or visit: no-hunger.org/volunteer/
Heavenly Father, you entrusted your Son Jesus, the child of Mary, to the care of Joseph, an earthly father. Bless all fathers as they care for their families. Give them strength and wisdom, tenderness and patience; support them in the work of providing for their families. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, your Son, and our Brother. Amen. HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!
As our school year ends, we would like to thank all our 2023-2024 PSR teachers: Marilyn Choppin, Alyssa Daigle, Susan Gaillot, Terry Heller, Pat Helmstetter, Karen Hollingsworth, Stacy Pecoraro, Linda Schwartz, and Adrienne Steen. These ladies donated their time, talent, and treasure to the education of our young children. They worked tirelessly to create lessons and activities that enriched the faith of their students. Thank you all! Click on this box for information on the 2024-25 Parish School of Religion.
The American and Papal flags that have graced our church since its founding were showing their age and have been retired. Through the generosity of the St. Mary Magdalen Altar Society, we have new flags for our church. On Sunday, June 2, the Boy Scouts of Troop 490 presented the flags to be blessed by Fr. Chris.
The Scouts of Troop and Pack 490 celebrated a Scout Mass at the 10:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, June 2, 2024. Scouts who recently received Catholic Scouting emblems from Archbishop Aymond were recognized at the end of the Mass, as were our two Eagle Scouts. Click on this box for a full description.
