When an evacuation is called for by local civic authorities, whether this is a recommended, voluntary or mandatory evacuation - all scheduled parish activities, including liturgical services, will be cancelled immediately.  The Blessed Sacrament and parish sacramental records will be secured according to archdiocesan policy, parish facilities will be secured and all parish staff, including clergy, will follow the evacuation order and vacate the parish campus.  Please take some time NOW to prepare your own evacuation plans for this hurricane season.
